- Regional: The African Regional Conference will take place in Cape Town at Bridge House School, Franschoek from 26 - 30 April 2012.

- Junior Regional: This conference was hosted by St George's Diocesan College in Windhoek Namibia from Wednesday 23 February to Sunday 27 February 2011. The theme was "Ohatu xupu pamwe" which translates to "We survive together". The 5 grade 9's were Jessica Mayes, Nicola Bourdillon, Gaone Nkwada, Amina Ahmed and Sphiwe Dlamini were accompanied by the RS Rep, Mrs Rona McGaffin
- Regional: The African Regional Conference took place from 27 April 2011 - 1 May 2011 at St Stithians College, Johannesburg. The theme "neva 2 young 2 lead" was very applicable and 7 SLC students attended the Conference with the head, Mr Johann Ueckermann and the RS Rep, Mrs Rona McGaffin. The 7 students were Mahmood Ameermia, Lebogang Maake, Reinhard Schmidt, Carson Blaauw, Jason Stroud and 2 exchange students Riddhi Raj Singh and Harsh Vardhan Kurki.
- International: 17 - 23 October 2011 saw 85 schools form all over the world attending the International Round Square Conference at the impressive Wellington College, England. Excellent Key note speakers such as Colin Jackson (one of the greatest athletes Britain ever produced), Jasmine Whitebread (Save the children) and Karen Darke (paralysed outdoor adventurer) proved that "Reaching beyond Our Limits" is obtainable. More than 1000 delegates attended the conference. The head, Mr Johann Ueckermann, the Governor, Mr Grant Daly and the RS Rep, Mrs Rona McGaffin accompanied the 5 SLC students, Terry Tomes, Thabe Sebola, Cassie McGaffin, Muhammad Raees Tayob and Amo Lekgothwane.

- Junior Regional: This conference with the theme of "African Footprints" was hosted by Penryn College from Nelspruit and organised by Mrs Allison Hay. The eight delegates were Theodore Mathebula, Marelize Vermeulen, Dylan Jack, Lindie Joubert, Ingrid Vaughan, Nadia Ndlovu, Hayley Dawson and Michelle Chitate and they were accompanied by Thias and Carien Taute. The group was the first who used the new Round Square overalls or jump suits during the service project.
- Regional: This conference with the theme of “Masisebenze kunye” / “Let’s Work Together” / “Kom ons Werksaam” was hosted by SGGS, Cape Town and organised by Mrs Caron Olivier. The nine delegates included two exchange students and were Tsakani Chabane, Nkhensani Maluleke, Samantha Nyathikazi, George Skordi, Lize Van Rooyen, Yavanna Detremmerie, Tshepiso Lekganyane, Sehr Brar(Vivek) and Zoe Fiske(Chadwick). They were accompanied by Thias and Carien Taute.
- International: This conference with the theme of "We Walk Together" was hosted by The Regents School, Pattya, Thailand and organised by Mr Paul Crouch. The six delegates were Tsakani Chabane, Nkhensani Maluleke, Samantha Nyathikazi, Lize Van Rooyen, Rivoningo Baloyi and Brandon Wentzel. They were accompanied by Johann Ueckermann, Rona McGaffin and Thias and Carien Taute.

- Junior Regional: A wonderful trip to Kenya was experienced by 9 Stanford Lake students on the African Junior Round Square Conference with the theme: "Kilele Cha Upeo”, which translates to “A Bright New Horizon”.
- . This was held as the beautiful Brookhouse International School in Nairobi.Students attending were: Liam Marsh, Bradley Altona, Fezi Ntsanwisi, Monique Dossantos, Hajira Hassim, Tasneen Kalla, Tshepiso Lekganyane, Daryn Petty and Nico Dorfling. Thias and Carien Taute accompanied them.
- Regional: We hosted the ARSC 2009 at Stanford Lake College with the theme: “A new look at the environment!” The following students attended the conference as SLC delegates and Barazza group leaders: Phaladi Monyepao, Kathleen Painter, Tsakani Chabane, Samantha Nyathikazi, Sarah Morerwa, Timmy Morgets, Mpho Sethole, Mpho Ramulifho, Nkhensani Maluleke, Lize van Rooyen, Emma Hutchinson and Pallavi Jain.
