Stanford Lake College has embarked on an international exchange programme that allows pupils in Grade 10 to attend schools in other countries for a period of six to twelve weeks. These exchanges are usually arranged between fellow Round Square member schools. The local exchange programme with other South African schools is also growing.
The school arranges the exchanges and pupils are responsible for the cost of travel and spending money. School fees are liable while pupils are on exchange to accommodate the reciprocal pupils’ Stanford hosts. Pupils applying for exchange are subject to a selection process, as places are limited.
